Sir David gave his response by thanking everyone for their company and expressed delight at being back at Mill House again for another social event.
Sir David and Lady Ruth then took to the dance floor and were closely folowed by EComp Basger and Mrs Basger and many others, all entertained throughout the evening by the versatile Terry Langley on guitar and vocals.
Following a raffle, EComp Nick Bellas of The Chapter of Remembrance, RA District Officer, presented Sir David with a cheque for £335 to the ELMC, which he received with sincere thanks.
