In view of the Tercentenary year, coupled with The Most Excellent 1st Grand Principal HRH the Duke of Kent celebrating 50 years as Head of Craft and Royal Arch Freemasonry, there were special additional honours awarded to each Province, as well as to Companions from territories overseas at Supreme Grand Chapter on Wednesday 8th November 2017.
Harvey Basger, East Lancashire’s Second Provincial Grand Principal, was promoted to the rank of Past Assistant Grand Sojourner and a first appointment was awarded to David Dunn our APGP for the Western Area who received the rank of Past Grand Standard Bearer.
HRH was in attendance at the morning convocation and this was followed by lunch at The Connaught Rooms.
A great day for Supreme Grand Chapter and the Holy Royal Arch of East Lancashire.
