On Wednesday 27th September 2023, the Dep Grand Superintendant, Harvey Basger, 3rd Provincial Grand Principal, David Hudson and Assistants to the Provincial Grand Principals, Peter Dowthwaite and Steve Boyle attended the meeting of West Lancashire’s Provincial Grand Chapter at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool
