On a beautiful afternoon in the Ribble Valley, the 41st Annual Conference of Masonic fellowships conference was held at Mytton Fold Farm near Whalley, supported by ten fellowships from across the North West.

Hosted by Clitheroe & District Masonic Fellowship, the Chairman welcomed the Principal Guest, VWBro John Griffin, Deputy Provincial Grand Master, along with all who had attended today. A very enjoyable lunch was followed by a Toast to the Fellowships by VWBro Griffin, who expressed his sincere thanks for all that the Fellowships do to maintain connections, friendships and purpose for their respective Members.

In response to the Toast, Mrs Jean Forrester, National Secretary, expressed her thanks for the toast and support, before delivering her annual report to all present. The floor was opened for discussion, where much was suggested in terms of encouraging further participation in the Fellowship movement, helpful ideas that have been successes in respective areas and a common request for further support from the centre to help them achieve more visibility and connection within our Masonic Family.

A very enjoyable afternoon for all present, in wonderful surroundings, organised extremely well by the Clitheroe and District Masonic Fellowship. Next year’s conference will be taking place in May at Radcliffe Masonic Hall, full details will follow nearer the time.
