On 25 September 2025, at Imperial George Lodge 78, Bro Ashiru was passed to the 2nd degree in a wonderful ceremony.

WBro Gordon Cox opened the lodge and began the ceremony and then WBro John Nesbitt took the chair of King Solomon.

Bro Ashiru responded to the necessary questions with ease and he progressed through the ceremony to be invested as a Fellowcraft Freemason before the charge was delivered by WBro Gibson (Junior Warden). Once the ceremony ended the lodge retired to the social board for food and friendship.
