The Rochdale District Charity Steward John Taylor, together with District Chairmen Doug Smith presented a cheque for £1,584 to Springhill’s Hospice Chief Executive Julie Halliwell from the Freemason’s Charitable Foundation.
This is just one of 237 grants to hospices around the country from Freemasons. In total £600,000 will be donated to hospices all over England and Wales this year.
