Adlim Lodge of Installed Masters No 8341 convened at Albert House, located on Jowett’s Walk in Ashton-under-Lyneon Thursday, the 22nd of January, 2026. The purpose of this gathering was to formally install WBro. Peter Cole, PProvJGW, as the new Master of the Lodge for the upcoming year.

The ceremony commenced promptly after the Lodge received WBro. Paul Aspinall, PAGDC, who served as the Representative of the RWPGM. He was accompanied by several Grand Officers and the Wardens, who all participated in the proceedings. A Board of Installed Masters was then established, marking a significant and solemn part of the event.

As is often the case with Lodges of Installed Masters, the ceremony was conducted at the highest possible standard, demonstrating precision, reverence, and decorum. Many seasoned Freemasons, present for the occasion, took note of the impeccable ritual performed by the outgoing Master, WBro. Michael Porter, PProvGSwdB, whose leadership and ceremonial skills set a remarkable example for all in attendance.

The ensuing Social Board was a great opportunity for those who attended to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Toasts were given, conversation flowed, and further funds for charitable causes were collected.
