On Sunday 18th November, a Commemoration was held at St Anne’s Parish Church, Chapeltown, Edgworth, marking exactly 100 years since the death of WBro J B Goulburn PGD, Deputy Provincial Grand Master, founder Member of Goulburn 3478 and other Bolton Lodges and Side Degrees. Brethren, partners and friends from the lodge were in attendance.
