On Monday 13th April, brethren gathered at Radcliffe Masonic Hall as Darley Lodge No.6531 held a double Raising of Bros Nigel Wood and Alan Hunter.

The ceremony was conducted in an excellent manner, with both candidates taking their next significant step in Freemasonry in what was a memorable and well-delivered evening. The meeting was honoured by the presence of the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, Dr Simon Archer.

A double Raising is always a special occasion within a Lodge, requiring a high level of organisation and teamwork. The officers and members of Darley Lodge rose to the occasion, delivering a ceremony that was enjoyable for all present.
