The East Lancashire Masonic Charity Chairman, Chad Northcott, and the Operations Director, Julie Ward, attended Ecclesholme  to present £4000 to the Association of Friends of Ecclesholme Benevolent Committee. Peter Hegarty (Chairman of the Friends) and Stan Bibby (Past Chairman) who were both there to receive the very welcome donation. Beverly Nyland, the Home Manager gave them a tour to see the results of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Insitution’s recent refurbishment project and explained how the Friends Association, renowned for provision of amenities, were injecting a further £22,000 which will transform 50 bedrooms at Ecclesholme. Whilst the others propped up the Residents’ Bar – Peter Hegarty amused them by trying his hand at darts
