ANNUAL MEETING OF PROVINCIAL GRAND CHAPTER
will be held at the
TOUGHSHEET COMMUNITY STADIUM, BURNDEN WAY, HORWICH, BL6 6JW on
THURSDAY, 19 MARCH 2026, at 3.00 pm.

All Provincial Grand Officers, Principals, and Past Principals of Chapters are hereby Summoned to attend the Meeting. The attendance of all other Companions is invited and would be warmly welcomed.
Companions are required to wear a dark suit or morning dress, an East Lancashire Festival tie, [the Royal Arch or Craft tie or a black tie is acceptable; other ties are not acceptable], and Royal Arch clothing.
Please note that gloves should not be worn. Principals of Chapters should wear their appropriate Collars of Office.

Companions are requested to be seated by 2.30 pm at the latest.
Principals and Scribes of all Chapters within the Province are requested to make the contents of this Notice known to their Officers and other Companions.
