Gareth Rogers is passionate about Codebug.  Codebug contains lights, switches, sensors and motors etc. and it has been developed as an introduction to simple programming, enabling the creation of games, clothes, robots or whatever is in the programmer’s imagination?  It plugs into a simple computer called a Raspberry Pi.
To enable Gareth to share his love of Codebug with his friends at St.Cuthberts School in Darwen, he talked with Mr Halliwell at his school.  He then spoke with his grandfather WBro Ian Nicolson, who made contact with East Ribble District Charity Stewards who were keen to support Gareth’s passion.
A cheque for the cost of two Codebugs was presented to Gareth and the staff of St.Cuthberts School by East Ribble District Charity Stewards.
