On Monday 12th May, the East Lancashire Provincial Grand Stewards Lodge No.8404 held its annual Installation meeting at Manchester Hall, Bridge Street.

The evening was a showcase of Masonic excellence and Provincial pride, drawing a notable and distinguished attendance. Among the honoured guests was the Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master, Robert Ian Frankl, alongside the Assistant Provincial Grand Masters; Peter Hegarty, David McGurty, John Curry and Wes Marchant – all of whom are proud members of the Lodge.

The ceremony saw our own Assistant Provincial Grand Master and the outgoing Worshipful Master, Dr Simon Archer, install his successor, WBro Mark Davis PAPGM, the Senior Warden and Master Elect. The ritual was conducted with the precision and flair befitting such an esteemed Lodge, with a warm sense of fraternity evident throughout.

Following the formalities, the evening continued with a full and lively social board, where the camaraderie of the brethren and the significance of the occasion were celebrated in true fashion.

This Installation not only reaffirmed the Lodge’s unique place at the heart of the Province but also highlighted the depth of experience, service, and dedication embodied by its members.

A truly memorable evening for all who attended.
