On Saturday 25th April, brethren gathered at Bolton School for the Installation meeting of Old Boltonians Lodge No.5814.

Bro Lee Roy David Booth was installed as Worshipful Master by the Installing Master, WBro Allan Potter, in a ceremony conducted to an excellent standard throughout. The occasion was further distinguished by the presence of the Very Worshipful Deputy Provincial Grand Master, John Griffin, accompanied by Assistant Provincial Grand Masters, David McGurty and Dr Mo Afsa.

The ceremony was carried out flawlessly by the officers and members of the Lodge, making it a thoroughly enjoyable occasion for all present.

This Installation also marked an important moment for the Lodge more broadly. Having faced challenges in recent times, it is encouraging to see Old Boltonians Lodge moving forward with renewed momentum. With several new members joining and a strong sense of purpose evident, the Lodge is clearly going from strength to strength.

We wish WBro Booth every success in his year in office and look forward to seeing the continued progress and prosperity of Old Boltonians Lodge in the years ahead.
