On Thursday 23rd April, Pilkington Lodge met at Radcliffe Masonic Hall to hold its 700th meeting, which also incorporated a Lodge of Remembrance.

The meeting provided brethren with an opportunity both to mark a significant milestone in the Lodge’s history and to reflect upon and honour those members who have passed to the Grand Lodge Above. The combination of commemoration and remembrance gave the evening a particularly thoughtful and respectful character.

The 700th meeting reflects the long and continuous history of Pilkington Lodge, sustained through generations of members whose commitment has ensured its ongoing presence and stability within the Province.

The Lodge of Remembrance was conducted with dignity throughout, allowing those present to pause and reflect on the contribution of past brethren and the legacy they have left behind.
