Goulburn Menturia Lodge – 3478

Who Are We?

Goulburn Menturia Lodge amalgamated 2013 from Goulburn Lodge consecrated 1911 and Menturia Lodge consecrated 1945.
We have been a United Grand Lodge of England University Scheme Lodge since 2015 offering University and College students an opportunity to join Freemasonry from the age of 18.
We are a growing Lodge currently with a membership of 33, our average age is lower than other Lodges’ membership.
We meet 7 times a year and offer Masonic ceremonies at all those meetings, we regularly visit other Lodges monthly and have made some very good friends within those lodges. We have very well attended combined social events with those Lodges throughout the year.
In addition to our 7 regular meetings, we have 2 practice classes per month.

Why Join Us?

All Masonic Lodges will promote charity and help in your life journey to become a “better you”.
In Goulburn Menturia more than 50% of our membership are new and young Masons, you would be joining a group of masons who have become Masons in the recent past and so will fully understand how you feel as a new member and help you settle into our friendly group.

WHEN WE MEET

Our 7 regular monthly meetings we hold at 6.30pm on the 2nd Wednesdays in the months of Oct, Nov, Dec, Feb, Mar, Apr and May.
Our practices are held at 7.00pm on the Wednesday before the above meeting days and the Wednesday after the meeting days.

LODGE INFO

As mentioned previously we meet with members of 3 other Lodges at their regular monthly meetings and attend join organised social events.

In addition to individual giving to charity, we additionally raise money by organised walking and running, we are of course open to all suggestions to raise further monies.
