Who Are We?

A Universities Scheme Lodge, with many students and graduates Wide age range, but a high number of young members Sizeable Lodge with over 60 members We have a large number of members from other territories Many graduates stay local: hence many Medics, Lawyers and Computer Scientists We are open to multiple ceremonies accommodating a high number of applications Members Pathway, includes a small (3) interview panel and ongoing Personal Mentoring

What We Do

Regular inter-visitations include those with other University Lodges The annual group visit to Apollo University Lodge in Oxford is a favourite Family and friends are invited to the annual Christmas party The Pre-season social is the opportunity for prospective members to meet everyone Before/after Practice meetings, the members hold learning sessions and/or go for drinks

LODGE INFO

Whilst not exclusive, the Lodge retains a strong academic theme
Old Mancunians was consecrated in 1906, affiliated with Manchester Grammar School Mount Sinai Lodge 8855 was consecrated in 1979
Old Mancunians Lodge joined the Universities Scheme in 2006
The two Lodges amalgamed in 2012 The Lodge has a number of War heroes who are remembered in high regard.
