Who Are We?
The lodge was formed by members of the Manchester Science and Arts Lodge No 5309 and was consecrated on 14th February 1963. We currently have a membership of 24 with an average age of 66 years, the youngest being 37 and the oldest 83. The members are from various working backgrounds, including business owners, managers, professionals and tradesmen.
Why Join Us?
A warm fraternal welcome is extended to all who attend our meetings. The business in Lodge is conducted in a relaxed manner and the ritual is performed with the dignity it deserves. An item of masonic interest is included within every meeting, be it a talk, lecture or a ceremony. The festive boards, whilst observing formal toasts, are happy, relaxed and vibrant. The Lodge is proud to enjoy the company of many visitors who regularly return having enjoyed their visits.
The experience of the members within the lodge ensures that new candidates are given the appropriate guidance with all members willing to assist, ensuring that proficient progress through the offices is available.
