Roses Lodge – 5140

Who Are We?

“Roses Lodge was founded in January 1930, and we have held our meetings at Colne Masonic Hall ever since.
With Colne being near to the Lancashire / Yorkshire border, our Lodge logo depicts the Red Rose of Lancashire and the White Rose of Yorkshire, and we welcome respectable men from all walks of life. We are fortunate to have members across all ages, religions, backgrounds and professions, with engineers, tradesmen, businessmen and many others.”

Why Join Us?

We are proud to be a welcoming, friendly Lodge, irrespective of anyone’s culture or religion. Members find our meetings enjoyable, and our socials fun. We take every opportunity to engage with our new members so that they understand what we do and why, and get the most out of their membership. We look forward to the opportunity to make new friends.

WHEN WE MEET

We have our formal Lodge meetings on the Third Tuesday from September to May. We practice on the Tuesday preceding the meeting, and on other Tuesdays whenever necessary.

LODGE INFO

We are a sociable organisation made up of gentlemen who appreciate each others company. We support many national and local charities, with an emphasis on supporting local community groups. We meet socially most Tuesdays except for Lodge nights, when we meet formally. We organise and support a number of social events throughout the year, many of which are open to non-members.
