Who Are We?
Consecrated in 1907 the Lodge was formed to provide a forum for Past Masters of Lodges to meet and discuss the wider issues of the then Salford District.
Still serving the Past Masters of Lodges meeting in Salford it now serves those Brethren in Manchester who reign under the banner of the City West Area.
Meeting only twice a year with no ceremonies, maybe a lecture/talk now and then at the May meeting with the Installation meeting being in September.
Subscriptions include the cost of both grand and filling Social Board feasts.
Why Join Us?
Any Past Master or COKS incumbent from any Lodge in East Lancashire is welcome.
WHEN WE MEET
Meeting 3rd Tuesday in May and 3rd Monday in September (Installation)
There are no rehearsals (we’re Past Masters !)
LODGE INFO
We meet twice a year to discuss and exchange views on Freemasonry within the Area and Province. Make charitable donations at the Installation meeting collected at both meetings. The Lodge is the main driving force for the Area weekend away held in May/June as most Officers of the Area are expected to join the Lodge.
