Who Are We?

A Universities Scheme Lodge, with many students and graduates Wide age range, but a high and increasing number of young members Current size of the Lodge is members We have a number of members from other territories Many graduates stay local: hence many Medics, Lawyers and Computer Scientists We are open to multiple ceremonies accommodating a high number of applications Members Pathway, includes a small (3) interview panel and ongoing Personal Mentoring Whilst not exclusive, the Lodge retains a strong academic theme The Lodge was consecrated in 1937, and used to meet on the Campus (Whitworth Hall) Although a University Lodge for long, it has very recently joined the Universities Scheme.

Regular inter-visitations include those with other University Lodges A number of social events and distant inter-visitations are in the Lodge Calendar Family and friends are invited to the annual open night, coinciding with the May meeting The Pre-season social is the opportunity for prospective members to meet everyone Before/after Practice meetings, the members hold learning sessions and/or go for drinks
