Rochdale Masonic Social Committee
On 22nd December the Rochdale Social Committee represented by WBro Tony Gillard and WBro Bernard Percy were pleased to present a cheque for £500 on behalf of the East Lancashire Masonic Charities to Iain and Margaret Wight of the Rochdale Food Bank.   In addition,  a quantity of cakes and biscuits were donated which had been provided by WBro Kevin Williams of the Rochdale Lodge.
The Food Bank Manger Iain Wright said that, “ these donations were gratefully received as we approach the most difficult time of the year for many families in the Borough “.
The RMSC would like to thank all the Brethren and Lodges who donated and would be pleased to receive further donations should any further items be made available.
