On Thursday the 8th of February Volunteer Lodge 2905 met and had a passing ceremony for Bro Graham Heatley, initiated on the 9th of March 2023 and current Inner Guard (IG) of the lodge.

The lodge was short of officers that evening and the following stood in to assist;
Bro Hiten Patel became Junior Warden, Bro Francesco Toto as Senior Deacon, and W,Bro David Green as Inner Guard , W.Bro Green also presented the working tools of the degree.

This is a good illustration of Freemasonry assisting another lodge in time of need.
