On 19th January, Vince Dover and George Johnson visited Fairfield Hospital’s Children’s Outpatient Department, delivering T.L.C. Bears to comfort young patients. They met Angela Neale and her team, who were thrilled with the donations and expressed their thanks for the E.L.M.C.’s support. Following this, Michael Greenhalgh and Vince Dover delivered more T.L.C. Bears to Bolton Children’s A&E. These donations are part of ongoing support to Bury Hospice, Bolton Hospice, Bolton Fort Alice, and other local services, with further deliveries planned to Bury Children’s A&E and the Women and Children’s Refuge in Bury. Many Masons may be unaware of the T.L.C. Bears program, which provides comfort to children and practical support to families at stressful times.

The E.L.M.C. also supported Henshaw’s Children’s Christmas Party, meeting Katie Beech and Charity Director Stephen Tongue. Henshaw’s empowers people living with sight loss and other disabilities, helping them reduce social isolation and achieve their ambitions.

Through initiatives like T.L.C. Bears and charity engagement, the E.L.M.C. continues to make a real difference in the local community.
