On 26 February 2926 at Imperial George Lodge the brethren and visitors were thrilled to experience exceptional ritual when Bro Ashiru was raised to the sublime degree of a master mason.

WBro Sweetman opened the lodge and then announced the sad passing of WBro Ormrod who had held many positions within the lodge. WBro Munton provided a fitting eulogy to WBro Ormrod.

The meeting then progressed to the raising of Bro Ashiru who answered the relevant questions put to him before retiring from the lodge.

Wbro Nesbitt then occupied the chair of King Solomon ably assisted by his brother Wardens and Deacons to raise Bro Ash.

An excellent ceremony with the tools given by WBro Kenyon.

The brethren and visitors then retired to the social board where everyone enjoyed the food and friendship.
