On Friday 15th May, the members of East Lancashire Uniformed Services Lodge No.8249 met at Bury Masonic Hall for their annual Installation meeting.

The principal business of the evening was the installation of WBro Colin Barton into the Chair of King Solomon. Surrounded by members and visitors, WBro Barton was installed in an excellent ceremony, marking the start of his year as Worshipful Master.

The ceremony was delivered to a high standard by the officers of the Lodge and was enjoyed by all in attendance. Following the meeting, members and guests retired to the Festive Board where good food and good company rounded off a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

We congratulate WBro Barton on his installation and wish him every success for the year ahead.
