Established in the 19th century, this distinguished building has served as a cornerstone for the local Freemasonry community, providing a space for Masonic meetings, ceremonies, and various social events. Radcliffe Masonic Hall, once a Methodist Church before its transformation in 1974, is gearing up to celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2024. This charming building in Radcliffe, Greater Manchester, is more than just a piece of history—it’s a vibrant part of the community’s life. Since its establishment in the 19th century, it has been a cherished gathering spot for local Freemasons, hosting everything from meetings and ceremonies to social events.

With its impressive façade and beautifully detailed interiors, Radcliffe Masonic Hall is a blend of tradition and versatility. It’s not just a home for Freemasonry; it also serves as a welcoming space for public events and private celebrations.

Radcliffe Masonic Hall serves as a hub for a variety of Masonic activities, hosting several evening Craft Lodges and a daytime lodge. Additionally, we accommodate multiple daytime and night time chapters, as well as other side degrees. We are also proud to host three lodges from the Order of Women’s Freemasonry.

Recently, the hall has been undergoing a lovely refurbishment, which will continue in the years ahead. This ongoing work highlights how much the hall means to everyone who uses it. Today, it’s the proud home of several Masonic lodges and side degrees, all of which are excited to continue their activities in this historic and lively venue.
