On their way to celebrate WBro Keith Ramsden of Rhyddings Lodge’s 50th Anniversary as a Freemason, the East Ribble District Chairman WBro David Lightbown  accompanied by WBro Mike Stubbs and WBro Dave Gill made a detour to East Lancashire Hospice to present a cheque from the Masonic Charitable Foundation who provide an annual grant to the Hospice.

They presented a cheque for the sum of  £2,431 to Denise Gee who is the Hospice’s Events Fund Raising Manager in front of one of the Hospices many Christmas trees. 

After a Christmas break the East Ribble District Charity Stewards will be marshalling the Rovers parking on behalf of the Hospice, when Rovers play Newcastle on the 2nd January 2017.  Thirteen days later the Charity Stewards will be marshalling the Hospice 10K run again they will be utilising the Provincial Trailer for the coordination  of the marshals.
