Tonight the team from Lifeline Ambulance visited Werneth Lodge 6163 to talk and demonstrate the use of life saving skills and the use of an AED (defibrillator). The talk was very informative and was delivered in a fun and friendly way. Certainly skills that every should know and could potentially save a life.
The team who attended tonight John, Penny, Alan, Rob and Clare are all volunteers at the not for profit Community Interest Company. It was clear to see that the team. love what they do. WM Harvey Taylor (pictured) was delighted to make a donation to the charity to aid them in their work.
I urge everyone to check out the teams Facebook page and website.
