There was much to celebrate at the recent meeting of Crompton Lodge 8879, as WBro Paul Taylor was proclaimed Worshipful Master for a second consecutive year.
Paul’s year in the Chair has been an exceptionally successful one, demonstrating his commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to both Crompton Lodge and Freemasonry. One of the highlights has been the Lodge’s continued growth, with four new members initiated during his year in office and a further two initiations already anticipated next month.
This is a tremendous achievement and a testament to the welcoming atmosphere fostered within the Lodge, as well as the hard work and commitment of its members.
The meeting was particularly well attended, and the Lodge was delighted to welcome the many visiting Brethren who joined us to share in this special occasion. Their support and fellowship were greatly appreciated and contributed to making the evening such a memorable one.
We were also honoured by the presence of our special guest, WBro John Curry, Assistant Provincial Grand Master (APGM), who kindly presided over the meeting. His attendance was greatly appreciated, and we were grateful for his support and contribution to the evening.
Following his proclamation, we extend our warmest congratulations to WBro Paul Taylor and wish him every success and enjoyment as he embarks upon his second consecutive year as Worshipful Master.
With the Lodge continuing to go from strength to strength and further new members looking forward to joining our Masonic family, there is every reason to look ahead with optimism.
Congratulations, WBro Paul, and best wishes for a successful and rewarding year ahead!
