Pendleside Hospice has once again held a very successful annual Car Raffle during a very different and difficult Covid period. In fact, this was their most successful Car Raffle to date, raising a huge £47,554 in tickets sales. The Citroen C1 was won by a local lady who wishes to remain anonymous.

Burnley and Pendle Freemasons were very proud to donate a great sum of £2,000 with donations from individual members and Lodges throughout the District.

Stephen Jansen, from the Burnley & Pendle District, was delighted to represent all the Burnley and Pendle Freemasons at the Pendleside Hospice £47,500 cheque presentation, being photographed together with the Pendleside Hospice staff.

The money raised will enable Pendleside Hospice to carry on the excellent end of life care for those in need and to care for the loved ones and families of all their patients. Once again, Burnley and Pendle Freemasons are immensely proud to show how we care for not only our own members and their families but also for the Burnley and Pendle community as a whole.
